Losing Weight to Minimize Spinal Stress

Having extra weight on our body does in fact put more stress on the body. These are a few keys to help us get rid of some weight.
1. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. Not just any water, distilled water is the purest kind.

2. Eating a healthy breakfast in the morning is essential and is the most important meal of the day.

3. Eating 4-5 small meals a day, instead of three large meals.

4. Have protein with every meal; it boosts the metabolic process and helps with muscle growth. Muscle burns fat!

5. Never eat three hours prior to going to bed, the food just sits there and turns to fat.

6. Try to avoid simple sugar, pasta, white bread, noodles, and white rice. They all contain great amounts of carbohydrates. Unused carbs turn into sugar, which then turns into fat.
